FAQs

What is the total cost?

We require $1000 USD deposit to secure your booking. The rates are:

$5,500 per person for a shared room

$5,900 per person for a single room

Final balance is due 14 days prior to the retreat.

What does the price include?

  • Five days and four nights of accommodations at Casa San Carlos Retreat Center in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida.
  • An organic meal on day 1 and day 5.
  • All detox specialty drinks for days 2, 3 and 4.
  • Natural detox therapies, including ozone therapy and infrared sauna.
  • Two massages.
  • Sunrise and sunset walks, stretches.
  • Daily workshops by expert speakers.
  • Individualized reset programs for physical, mental and emotional well-being.

What doesn’t the price include?

Travel arrangements are on your own and at your own expense.  The price does not include travel to and from the retreat center or travel insurance.  

Are all rooms shared?

Yes. We try our best to connect you with the right roommate. If you would like a private room there is an

additional cost of $700.  

How do I register?

Can I bring family, friends or a spouse?

We welcome anyone you would like to bring.  If they decide to do the program, they will be charged the

full price.  If they are not participating in the program, they can join us at the reduced rate of $3900.

What if I need to cancel?

If you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable. Refunds (minus your deposit) are given only if

another guest can take your place or you rebook for another date 14 days prior.  We strongly

recommend travel insurance.

How do I prepare for the retreat?

Set up a time to go over your pre-cleanse with Judy’s team.  We will discuss simple things you can do to get ready for the actual detox, as well as discuss your personal needs and how best to customize your detox program and retreat experience.  You will want to do this at least 2 weeks in advance of your arrival.

How long is the actual detox?

Upon arrival (Day 1), we begin with simple therapies and light food.  The detox itself is three full days

of no food (if possible) and natural therapies.  On Days 2, 3 and 4, you’ll receive detox drinks and

smoothies throughout the day beginning at 7:00am and ending after three full days.  Day 5 is your

re-introduction to food and a meal plan for what to continue eating. We will include recipes and menu

ideas along with yummy tastings.

Do I need to pay for my room?

No.  Your room and all amenities are included in the program.

How do I get there?

If you’re flying, we recommend Palm Beach International (PBI) as your arrival airport since it’s the closest to Casa San Carlos (30 minutes).  The Ft. Launderdale/Hollywood (FLL) airport is another option, but further away. (45 minutes)

You can then take an Uber to Casa San Carlos.  You can also take the Tri Rail directly from the Ft.

Lauderdale/Hollywood airport to Delray Beach, where we will pick you up. www.tri-rail.com  The Tri Rail also leaves from Palm Beach, but not directly from the airport.

The retreat location is Casa San Carlos Conference Center & Retreat House, 9600 W. Atlantic Avenue, Building C, Delray Beach, FL  33446.

What should I bring?

  • Personal toiletries + sunblock
  • Sleeping attire and robe
  • Beach towel
  • Swimsuit
  • Flip flops or sandals for pool and hot tub time
  • Light, comfy clothes and shoes (the weather remains around 80 degrees year-round, with summers a bit hotter at 90 degrees)
  • Sunglasses
  • Light jacket in case it rains or for air conditioning temperatures
  • Notebook and pen
  • Book to read and relax with
  • *Most important – an open mind to learning and healing!

Please do not bring:

  • Scented lotions, deodorant or perfume
  • Food
  • Cigarettes or alcohol (both are strictly prohibited at the retreat center)

Can I bring my computer or cell phone?

We prefer that you disconnect from the outside world for optimal results.  The world can wait until you

hop back into the whirlwind!  Let’s do a digi-detox! (Yes, there is WiFi available.)

What will I be eating?

Simple organic meals.  On arrival we will have locally sourced, plant-based foods.  No dairy or gluten.

Caffeine, sugar,  and alcohol are excluded to give your body and digestive system a chance to heal and

reset so you can eventually get back to absorbing nutrients properly.

What information is needed from me?

When registering for the retreat, we will need you fill out basic information such as your name, email,

age, general statement of health. When we have our phone consult we will go into further details about

your individual health program.
