Shopping List for Detoxing

SHOPPING LIST

Veggies – pick and choose at least 5 different ones for your daily meals for Pre & Post Cleanse

  • Greens – swiss chard – beet tops – collard – celery – cukes – romaine lettuce, etc – any and all fresh veggies that are in season. Organic is best.
  • Carrots – 5#
  • Celery – 2-3 bunches
  • Beets- 2-3 bunches
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Brussel Sprouts
  • Green Beans
  • Asparagus
  • Tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Red peppers, yellow peppers

Fruit

  • Lemons, lemons, lemons! 5# to start
  • Berries – strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries (1-2 pounds)

Proteins

  • Fish – wild caught – cod, sole, halibut, flounder
  • Chicken – o.g.
  • Eggs – cage free

Snacks

  • Raw nuts – brazil, almonds, walnuts, pecans
  • Raw seeds – pumpkin, sunflower
  • Almond Butter
  • Hummus
  • Gluten Free Crackers

Liver Flush List

  • Fresh Grapefruit – 3 large
  • Garlic – 1 bulb (optional)
  • Lemon- 3 fresh
  • Olive Oil-extra virgin 100% expeller cold pressed – 1 pint
  • Ginger Root-fresh 3 inches (optional)

Detox Bath List

  • Epsom salts- 5#
  • Sea salt-5#
  • Baking Soda – 5#

Coffee Enema List

Coffee, o.g. ground fresh – 1 cup

MISCELLANEOUS

  • Coconut Water – 4 bottles, 8 oz– Zico brand or any from Thailand (sweetest)
  • Miso packets for soup (optional) – 3 packets
  • Quinoa – 1#
  • Veggie Patties – Amy’s brand is good – 1 package
  • Bragg’s Liquid Aminos for seasoning – small bottle
  • Vegetable Broth – 1 quart
  • Cinnamon for taste
